Trinity Grace Farm is a 30-acre property donated to Summit Leadership with a mission to provide safe, accessible outdoor experiences for people of all abilities. Summit needed a website that could do more than just announce the project — it had to inspire community support, encourage donations, and create excitement for what the farm would become.
I designed and built a custom WordPress site that combined storytelling with usability. From planning the structure to writing clear, compelling content, my goal was to make the vision easy to understand and support. The design uses a warm, natural aesthetic that reflects the land itself, while the layout keeps the focus on accessibility and engagement.
To future-proof the project, I built the site so it can easily grow as new programs, construction milestones, and volunteer opportunities are added.
